Summer Message from the Principal

Dear Dolphin Families and Community,

As we wrap up an incredible school year, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for making my first year as principal at Lake Sybelia Elementary so special. It has been an honor and privilege to serve this amazing community. Throughout the year, I have witnessed our students' growth, perseverance, kindness, and academic achievement, and I could not be more proud of all they have accomplished. Thank you to our dedicated teachers and staff, supportive families, and community partners who helped make this year such a success.

As you enjoy a well-deserved summer break, I encourage you to continue reading, exploring, and learning together as a family. We look forward to welcoming everyone back for another exciting year of learning and growth.

Meet the Teacher Night
Please join us on Thursday, August 6, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. to meet your child's teacher, visit classrooms, and prepare for a fantastic start to the new school year.

School Supply Lists
Families are encouraged to review grade-level supply lists and begin preparing for the upcoming school year. Supply lists can be found on ParentSquare or in the school’s front office.

Reach for the Stars!

I am excited to share that our 2026-2027 school year theme will be "Reach for the Stars!" This theme was selected through a vote by our students and teachers and reflects our collective commitment to dreaming big, setting ambitious goals, and achieving excellence together. We cannot wait to see all the ways our Dolphins will shine in the year ahead.

Kindergarten Registration Now Open

Do you have a child who will be starting Kindergarten next year? Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2026-2027 school year. Early registration helps us prepare for a successful school year and ensures a smooth transition for our newest Dolphins.
